GTM

Helping B2B revenue teams build Salesforce orgs that match how they actually sell. We sit with your stakeholders to articulate what they need, confirm it back until every requirement is agreed and aligned across the group, then plan and prioritize the build with your team.

Who It’s For

Companies at one of three moments with Salesforce:

  • Implement. You’ve outgrown spreadsheets or a starter org that was stood up quickly and never designed. The sales motion is real now and the system needs to reflect it.
  • Re-implement. The org carries years of accumulated config built for a motion you no longer run. Every change touches three things nobody documented, and reps have quietly routed around it.
  • Expand. Sales is on Salesforce and the rest of the revenue org isn’t — renewals, CS, quote-to-cash, partner, or marketing operations still live in tools and spreadsheets that don’t connect back.

Common thread: someone needs to own the blueprint before anyone opens Setup.

Why Us

We’ve run the functionOur founder owned the GTM stack at Udemy through a $5M → $150M+ ARR scale-up, 10 to 350 reps. We know what breaks at $10M, $30M, and $100M because we’ve fixed it at each stage.
We blueprint before we buildNew functions get designed on paper first — objects, stages, ownership, handoffs, what each role sees on a Monday morning. Then the config follows the blueprint instead of the other way around.
We build with AI, not around itConnected Salesforce to Claude over MCP for conversational read/write. Explored conversational intelligence motions, built prompt libraries so sellers run their own prospect discovery, and use AI to draft requirements docs and enablement material.

How We Work

Every engagement runs the same three beats, at whatever scale the work requires.

Collaborate. A listening tour first — stakeholder interviews, reverse demos, sitting in on pipeline reviews. We understand your motion before we have an opinion about it.
Align. Current state written down, problems separated from symptoms, priorities ranked by impact against your team’s real capacity. Leadership signs off on the order of operations.
Build. We implement with your team, not for them — pairing on the hard configurations, documenting as we go, and coaching them to own and extend it.

The order matters because that’s exactly where these systems break down. Leadership will tell you Salesforce is strategic, then run the Monday sales meeting off a spreadsheet someone rebuilt Sunday night. That gap isn’t a training problem or a data problem — it’s a system that was configured before anyone agreed on how the team actually runs. Skip the collaborate step and you build the wrong thing well. Skip the align step and you build the right thing for one stakeholder while three others keep their workarounds. Adoption isn’t something you drive after go-live; it’s decided in the two steps before the build.

Ways to Work Together

Step 1

RevOps Diagnostic

Two-week fixed-fee assessment: Salesforce org audit, process review across lead-to-cash, stakeholder interviews, data quality read. You get a written current-state assessment, a prioritized roadmap, 30-day quick wins, and a readout to your leadership team.

Step 2

Strategic Implementation

Three to six months on a specific high-impact build: a new org or a re-architecture, CPQ and quoting workflow, comp plan and territory design, pipeline and forecast redesign, or the lead-to-customer journey end to end. Built with your team, documented for handoff.

Step 3

Advisory Retainer

Monthly strategic counsel for your RevOps or Sales Ops leader — roadmap planning, prioritization, pressure-testing decisions, coaching the team, ad-hoc support. Your team does the work; we make the calls easier to get right.

Step 4

Fractional RevOps

For teams without the function yet. We own revenue operations on a part-time basis — cadence design, system roadmap, administration, reporting, and enablement — and build toward the day you hire someone full-time.

Start with a conversation. A 30-minute call: we’ll listen to what’s breaking, share two or three things you can act on immediately, and help you decide whether working together makes sense. No obligation.
