Assessments & Pilots: We use these initial engagements to help Clients formulate their requirements, scope their deliverable, estimate a budget and sometimes, even produce a functional prototype. (Required for more complex engagements)
Implementation Services: When Clients know what they want, have specifications, diagrams, workflow documents or maybe even just a spreadsheet, we can work with those elements to select and customize a solution for them. In some cases, if the need is very unique, we will build a custom solution, when we believe there are no customizable solutions available in the market.Ad-hoc Services: Sometimes Clients get in a bind, and just need help troubleshooting a situation or need temporary assistance building out new functionality, again, we can deploy a team of consultants to jump-in and help resolve. Additionally, some Clients may be deployed for a while and just want help determining whether their organization could better adopt and use their existing solution, or want advice on how to add functionality to their current system -- all things we like to help with.
